AMD Radeon RX 7000 will offer 50% more performance on watt than RX 6000
Already this year we will see the AMD Radeon RX 7000 video cards, which will be built on a 5-nanometer architecture of RDNA 3. The Red Company under the Financial Analyst Day 2022 shared interesting details about future solutions and their new architecture.
So we were informed that RDNA 3 would offer more than 50% increase in WATT performance relative to RDNA 2, which was achieved thanks to the new design of computing units, as well as a 5-nanometer process. The RDNA 3 graphic processors will also receive a new generation Infinity cache, and some of them will use chiplet designs.
This is still not an official announcement of new video cards (you have to wait), but new information about the architecture of future solutions cannot but rejoice.
