AMD graphics cards: Radeon RX 6500 XT and RX 6400 are coming soon
The Radon HD collection is the generation of visuals cards from the ATI Technologies producer, which was birthed as an extension of the Radon X designs line and also the first created after ATI absorption by AMD. This array is primarily guided to the devoted, integrated and mobile graphic chip industry. At the end of 2010, AMD, from which ATI is a subsidiary, announced that from the Radon HD 6000 collection, the ATI brand name will certainly be changed by AMD to help advertise AMD Vision as well as AMD Fusion systems.
Over the week, AMD will present two new entry-level graphics species, as WCCFECTECH reports. The two new model series will be the Radon RX 6400 and Radon RX 6500 AT. With the new graphics cards AMD introduces a slightly improved manufacturing in the 6NM method at the RDNA2 architecture.
AMD Radon RX 6400 and 6500 AT come soon
The Navy 24 AT GPU in the AMD Radon RX 6500 AT will provide 1024 shader units and work with 2815 MHz in the boost clock, but only 4 GB GDDR6-RAM are available, which is your purpose for full HD gaming in the area of beginners and Casual underlines.
For comparison: The next strength graphics card, the Radon RX 6600, has 1782 shader units, 8 GB GDDR6-RAM, and clocks at 2044 MHz, which is not uncommon for rather weak models of the clock than faster graphics cards.
However, during electricity requirements, the 107 watts specified are a good value, provided the performance of the card corresponds to what you can expect from the name. Because the next-strength graphics card in the Portfolio of AMD will be the Radon RX 6600 after the RX 6500 AT relate, which in turn is much stronger than an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 and only right as a GeForce GTX 1660 (super).
Thus, the performance of the AMD Radon RX 6500 AT could suspect somewhere in the area from an Nvidia GeForce GTX 1660 (120 watts) to a GeForce RTX 2060 (160 watts). A possible release is in conversation for the 17th of January. Although the information is not yet officially confirmed by AMD -
To the AMD Radon RX 6400 is so far less known — it will use a modified Navy 24-chip and only have 768 shader units, the TDP should be 53 watts. The stroke is still in the dark, the RAM also available 4 GB GDDR6 as equipment. Since the card has no AT abbreviation, but you have to expect a significant power distance to the RX 6500 AT.
