Holstein Kiel II: No license application for the 3rd league

Even before it goes to the Master Round in the Regionalliga Nord, the group-North Primus explained his waiver of the 3rd league. "The KSV Holstein has decided not to make a license application for the 3rd league for its U 23," the club shared on Monday.
